The Team
President Suzanne Miller pioneered the furnished rental concept at Executive Plaza in 1985. As demand for short-term furnished rentals grew, Suzanne founded Empire State Properties (ESP) in 1991 as a boutique brokerage and management firm specializing in sales and short-term furnished rentals.
With over 50 years combined corporate housing experience and an exclusive—and newly expanded—office in Executive Plaza, ESP Corporate Housing Advisors are at the forefront of the rental housing market with unsurpassed knowledge and invaluable experience. A long time ago and right after College, I brought a tiny studio apartment in NYC’s Executive Plaza. It was my first real estate purchase and the first time I took on mortgage. I had no clue on what I was getting into. It was scary. Lucky for me, I met Suzanne and learned of her company Empire State Properties. From the very outset Suzanne impressed me as someone who has intimate knowledge of the NYC real estate market- for rentals, sales, investment… whatever. In particular, she has great long-term relationships with corporate tenants. For managing short-term rental market in NYC, Suzanne is in a class all her own. She helped me like a true friend would. She guided me on ways to maximize the rental unit’s potential. On some occasions she became a financial partner as well and that worked out very well indeed. Over the years I had brought rental properties in US and overseas. Some experiences were good and some not so good. But the one property I will keep always is the studio apartment in Executive Plaza, simply because the property management services that Suzanne and her Empire State Properties team (Senada, Inna, Dennis, Mere..) brings to that apartment has been consistently superb. My heartfelt thanks to Suzanne and Empire State Properties.
